All gemstones, crystals and minerals have their own unique metaphysical energy, properties and vibration which can assist with various mental, physical and emotional imbalances. There are many ways that you can utilise this energy, here are just a few ways

Use of appropriate gemstones, over time, can help to correct these imbalances and help to clear chakra blockages.
